Anti-ageing
nbsp;
Have you heard that you are prone to ageing more as a result of eating meat? Well you have now! Find out more below.
Stress
Stress is the biggest known factor in how much a person ages, now think about this, every time you eat meat you are digesting amongst other things stress hormones which are caused by the upcoming death that the animal knows about and the ill-treatment that they recieve. Imagine how you would feel if you knew that you were going to be killed. Pretty stressed I would imagine.
So...If you stop eating meat you will no longer ingest these harmful stress hormones. Forget using anti-ageing creams because whereas they are good in their own right, if you don't give up eating meat then the benefits that the creams will give will always be counteracted by these poisonous hormones.
Give up meat and i will guarantee you that in years to come you will reap the benefits of becoming vegetarian.
Ageing Hormones Found in Meat
There are many hormones found in meat that have been known to cause ageing in people. They have been scientifically proven to bring about pre-sexual maturity, especially teenage girls which has been documented in many studies.
Effects of These Hormones
These hormones are powerful and take an effect on people slowly, over decades. People assume that there are no risks involved in eating meat, because the side effects occur at such a slow rate that the person does not realize that the meat that they are eating is bad for them.
Firstly growth hormones and sex hormones have been found in meat, it is particulary the sex hormones which will take the biggest impact on how a person ages.
The sex hormones that are found in meat are said to bring about premature maturity in teenagers, however, nothing is really said about the continued effects that these hormones have throughout the rest of a person's life.
Naturally Sourced Collagen
MSM (Methyl-Sulphonyl-Methane) is a nutritional form of sulphur. This is an essential component in the formulation of collagen, elastin, cartilage and keratin. It gives flexability, tone and strength to the muscles, bones, joints, internal membranes and especially skin, hair, nails.
Sulphur is referred to as the beauty mineral. Most people are deficient in this mineral especially as they age. MSM is a by-product of algae growing in the ocean. As the mineral is taken up into the clouds and the rain falls the trees and plants and grasses absorb this mineral.
The best source of MSM is pine tree bark, there are other sources but this is the purest and the best to use. It can be bought in crystals, powders and capsules.

Effects on Teenagers
As teenagers go through puberty their bodies are already going through a big change in their life and their hormones are in disaray and out of balance. There are various studies done around the world that suggest that eating meat brings about an abnormally young starting age for puberty, theorizing that the hormones that are still active in meat when the child eats it is causing unwanted changes in the individual's body.
It has been seen that over time children on average are starting puberty earlier and earlier, this has probably something to do with more use of hormones due to higher demand of meat which is because of the ever growing population and people's ongoing different tastes.
Animals are generally given growth hormone injections but are also having pellets implanted near their ears to allow constant secretion of the desired hormones. These hormones have been tested from meat in lab tests and have found sex hormones, growth hormones and other toxins, although they say that the levels of hormones found in the meat are not high enough to be dangerous.
It is not the point whether they are imminently dangerous, they are still causing quite big side effects over time. It is the constant day by day ingestion of these hormones over time which will cause things like premature ageing, cancers, diabeties and many other health problems.
Effects on Women
Today, meat and dairy proucts are creating an ever bigger problem for women. Firstly, dairy products, most importantly cow's milk is linked to ovarian cancer because of the high levels of hormones that are found in the milk which is caused by humans articifically inseminating the cow's so that they are pregnant around 9 out of 12 months. The milk that is produced when the cow is in the later stages of pregnancy contains high amounts of estrogen, which if women receive high amounts of this hormone can have a higher risk of getting breast cancer.
Skimmed milk is slightly more healthy as hormones are more soluble in fat, so there is going to be less hormones in skimmed milk than in semi-skimmed or full fat milk.
Northern Europe has a much higher incidence of breast cancer, and most cancers than the asian poplulations, this could be due to the low consumption of cow's milk and higher consumption of soya milk, which has been shown to considerably lower the risk of developing cancers, most prominently in women, and lowers the risk of developing breast cancer.
Effects on the ageing person
As people age the hormones in the body are partly responsible for the ageing process. For it is hormones that change us from a child into an adult and it is these same hormones that shape our bodies into old age.
Decades of eating meat can be clearly shown to cause premature ageing. It is very uncommon to see someone who has eaten a great deal of meat over their lifespan to be healthy looking and youthful, however it is getting more and more common for people who are on a meat-free diet and have been so for some time to continue to look youthful or to dramatically slow down the ageing process.
Most women focus on buying beauty products to delay the ageing process when really they are being misinformed and probably have no idea of what the meat that they are eating is doing to themselves and how it can effect the way that they look now and in the future.
Animals are constantly getting pumped with more and more hormones which is getting ingested by humans in the meat that they eat. This meat is now causing more and more side effects, this should show that meat is bad for you and if you want to remain youthful then you should cut it out of your life.
